How to set turn speed for syncing in PhotonTransformView?

PhotonTransformView.SetSynchronizedValues asks for a float value to set the the 'turn speed' of the object. Shouldn't it need a vector3? My object could be turning on all three axes at different speeds. How do I know what value to send?

The turn speed value is simply the speed at which the current visible rotation lerps toward the new data. It is a float because it is individually applied to each axis; X, Y, and Z respectively. This keeps the system simple and allows for all axes to rotate at the same speed. Good question by the way!5
