Higher ping on EU servers?

Hello!
For around two or three weeks now my ping when connected to the EU servers has gone up from 40 ~ 50ms to 120 ~ 150ms, i hoped it would go down after a while, but it's still around 130 today... Do i have a problem or is it a known issue that will be addressed sometime in the future?

where are you located? Could you please open a shell and run:
- on Windows: tracert app-eu.exitgamescloud.com
- on Mac/Linux: traceroute app-eu.exitgamescloud.com
and send us the results to developer@photonengine.com0 -

We have figured out that MagicDesign's traffic is being routed from France via New York to our DC in Amsterdam which is obviously not okay. We're working on it with our hosting company.
Other customers who experience similar issues please send us your traceroute results as well to developer@photonengine.com0
