Get a lobby's room list from within a room

I've been experimenting with getting users to join other rooms from within a room. I was wondering if there was a way to get a specific lobby's list of rooms while you're in a room. A I understand it, while you in a room, you're not simultaneously in a lobby, so you won't get room list updates like you normally would.
