Per application license question

Hi.
I would like to clarify, what per application/server in your license offer means.
For example, if I buy Unlimited Indie license, can I run 3 applications for 3 different games on one server? (And one photon instance).
Or if I want to make servers for 3 different small games that will run on one machine, do I need to purchase 3 licenses?
I am working on a portal that will host several different games - we plan to launch with 2-3 titles. I am wondering, should we buy one unlimited license for them, or start with 3 smaller licenses and scale up, as our user base grows.
