Is it possible to use PUN for both LAN and Online multiplayer?

I've been looking at the Redistributable Server for some time now and it turns out it is already discontinued. So here are my questions:

1. Is it possible to create a game with both LAN and Online multiplayer solely using PUN?
2. PUN requires a server in order to work. Since I can't distribute the Redistributable Server, are there other ways the players can have their own servers for LAN play?
3. If it's really not possible to use PUN for LAN multiplayer, am I really locked to using both BOLT and PUN at the same time? Can those two libraries even work together in the same game?

I've looked around and the answers are already outdated or is not relevant anymore.
