I have this error SwitchToProtocol: Udp PhotonNetwork.connected: False please help :(

in Photon Unity Networking (PUN)
I have this error SwitchToProtocol: Udp PhotonNetwork.connected: False

The only thing I have in the network manger is
PhotonNetwork.ConnectUsingSettings("0.1");

Just to see if I can connect to the photon cloud but apprently I cant. :(

Anyone knows what's the problem or how i can fix it?
I tried enabling photon's port on my computer seems like it isn't the problem too.

    It doesnt have a soultion to my problem sadly.
    It only says the problem it can be , but the problem he wrote isn't really what it is :(
