Photon and Oculus Platform

Hiya

So..working on a networking experience for Oculus VR . I current have it running on photon but notice oculus platform has a number of similar features for its player connection and sharing information, and VOip.

Im wondering which ones I should really be using. Would I start with doing all the connecting in the Oculus platform and mirroring those player connection logic to Photon. (Ie make the lobby actually Oculus driven, and mirror the info to photon lobby, so where the game is launched its launched via via photon as the cloud server host.

Voice over IP..is that better also thru photon and leave oculus VOIP separate?
