Facing problem with Photon Server Settings

in Photon Unity Networking (PUN)
Hello,
I am using PUN, in PhotonServerSettings window if I keep the Hosting to Best Region and Enabled Regions to Everything it works like a charm in PC and mac, but when ported to mobile devices it is unable to connect to the photon server and the request gets timed out.
I am using the free version of Unity5.
Please help me with this issue ASAP.
