Problems with PhotonNetwork.ConnectToBestCloudServer("version");

We have a problem with using PhotonNetwork.ConnectToBestCloudServer("version") right now. Some of our developers can connect others gets into a "limbo" where nothing happens, no call backs or anything.

PhotonNetwork.ConnectUsingSettings() works fine for some reason...

Any idea what could cause this?

    I need more info.
    Anything in the logs? Which platform? Which versions of PUN and Unity?

    Thanks for the answer. But actually we decided to go with another solution where people pick the server themself, so did not get to look more into it :)

    Was a better fit for our game.
