I'm wondering that what is the difference between PUN and Turnbased SDK!
Dose PUN can use to create a turn based game?
And what is the best solution for my game?

PUN is Photon RealTime for Unity with extra out-of-box features.
The difference between Photon RealTime and Photon TurnBased from features point of view is almost identical but you need to adapt game logic to either synchronous or asynchronous type.
Right now WebHooks and WebRPCs are only available for Photon TurnBased.
So I recommend using Photon TurnBased SDK if your game is TurnBased.1 -
