High Ping Using Pun

I can't seem to understand why i'm getting such bad lag using PUN. I have upwards of 100 ping all the time. Usually it sits around 196. What can I be doing wrong to be experiencing this? We have everything synced and working great but the lag just kills our game.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
