Hello,
I you have an error in the LoadBalancing.dll.config file (missing </configuration> in my case, suppose due to a mishandling).
Then you cannot start the service and the following in windows event log
Hard to debug :=( can be usefull for other dev.

Le disque est soit en cours d’utilisation, soit verrouillé par un autre processus.
