Meaning of Overage Included

On photon Networking plans;
1) 100 CCU - Overage not Included
2) 500 CCU - Overage is Included

My Question is what is the difference between overage is included and not included

1) 100 CCU - Overage not Included

This means that 100 clients will be allowed to use Photon Cloud simultaneously; additional clients will be blocked / disconnected. 100 CCU is the hard limit.

2) 500 CCU - Overage is Included
This means that we won't disconnect your clients, even if you exceed 500 simultaneous connections. If you have an unexpected traffic burst, your clients won't get rejected.
It is a "soft limit" - we'll get in touch with you to adjust / upgrade your plan if you regularly exceed the 500 CCU limit, but you don't have to fear that your users will be blocked if your game is a bit more successful than expected.
