Run Error on windows server 2012

I just copied my server to a computer with windows server 2012.But It shut down immediately after start it. This Server can run on windows server 2008 before. So I'm not sure it's the question of using different OS or others. error log below:

3324: 17:25:21.368 - CService::OnException() - Exception: CCLRMetaHost::GetRuntime() - Failed to find error message: 0x80131700

    I installed .net3.5 in system and It seems to be OK. Thank you!
