PhotonSocketServer.exe(xp 32) not a valid win32 app

I am trying to switch to a new version of photon.
Changed references in VS(new dll), changed build path, build successful.
Run PhotonControl, install service:

If I run PhotonSocketServer.exe(xp 32), it says not a valid win32 application.

    This seems to still be an issue with the current download... I was hoping to use the free windows xp mode to test my server locally, but it doesn't seem to be a Win32 application.

    If this is a problem I understand as 32 bit apps are generally not going to be supported much in the near future, but still would like to be able to test on a local Vm without purchasing another windows platform.
