Could anybody help me with that?

Hi all,
I am trying to run through cmd command the "_service.uninstall.cmd" and I got error:
Exception: CasyncFileWriter:CAsyncFileWriter()- Cannot create file, path not found "C:\Phonton\deploy\bin_win64\Phonton-Default-20130829.log
Could anybody help me with that?
