HELP!!LoadBalancing (MyCloud)could not start.

I want to use PUN in my project. It's said that PUN should be used with LoadBalancing (MyCloud);but I can't start the LoadBalancing (MyCloud),I've closed the firewall,configured the IP. Plus the computer is in a LAN, can not connect to the internet.

    Hello Alex,

    please attach the Photon-Loadbalancing log file to your post so that we can see what the problem is.

    The reason for the failure is most likely that the server doesn't have internet access: Photon needs to connect to a license server to validate it's license on startup, otherwise it fails to start.
