how about this configuration : Intel xeon cpu e5 2430 (2 core,2GB ram, the bandwidth is 5M) how many people can this machine can hold ? my game like this ,I use the photon ,the liteapplication ,every room can hold 3players ,so if I use the computer ,how many clients can hold ??or if I want to hold 800CCU ,what is the configuration I should have

Run a loadtest to answer your question.
Your server might be sufficient to host 800 CCU if you're using small rooms, but it sounds like a close call. It also depends on the amount of messages / second and the size of each message.
We generally recommend 4 cores if you aim at ~ 1k CCU.0
