Creating a "private" room

Hi,
By looking at the samples (Load balancing demo) i've seen that when creating a new room (OpCreateRoom) the new room can be made visible (or not visible).
My question is - i understand this room will not be *listed* when showing all available rooms in the lobby, but is it also discarded when doing a Random Join (randomly looking for rooms) automatically?

Yet, invisible rooms won't be used for random matchmaking.0
