License monitor: not reached

Hello,

i am prepare to start beta of my game, and I am trying to use free license with 100 CCU.

When I use it on local computer - all is ok. But when I start it on my dedicated server (dedicated in Germany, at hetzner.de), PhotonControl says: "License monitor: not reached". And application cant start.

There is OS Windows Web Server 2008 R2. I have very attentively added rules to Windows Firewall to allow any incoming and outgoing connections to PhotonControl.exe and PhotonSocketServer.exe, but it does not help.

What is may be wrong there?

    Maybe it was some hiccup in connectivity of our license monitor, even though we carefully make sure this doesn't happen (by using highly available Azure servers).
    Adding the server exe to the Firewall should be enough. We use https for the monitor requests, not udp/tcp ones. Maybe that's the cause?

    If that doesn't help, let us know and we get in touch to have a look.

    Guys from support help me to resolve this. I was needed to install secure certificates to Windows system manually.
