I am using photon unity networking, i have a query, there is limitation of
300 messages per second. Can i check Number of Messages per second in my game ?

Yes, the 300msg are per second but you can use those per room (so any number of rooms with each 300msg/sec).
You can see messages per application in the web dashboard. And you can use the PhotonStatsGui in a client to get an overview.
