Photon on Mac

Hello,
Is it possible to execute Photon with Mac OS? I've read that it can only run in Windows. We have a dedicated machine with Windows only to run Photon, but it would be very useful for us if we could run photon locally, specially for tests, and we only work with Macs.

    The client runs on many platforms.
    But the server itself can only run on windows as its high performance core is a native windows executable.
    but it does not require a physical windows, so you can also run it in your parallels / vmware fusion VM :)

    If you don't modify the server side though, a much faster way to develop is getting the free version of Photon Cloud, then you do not need to host and run the server at all. you could later on still decide to use Photon LoadBalancing on an own machine if you prefer that over the cloud offering
