Hi there
I leave the statement there are a few questions to photon server.
Rather than the other, but is managed by Peer Fiber from photon server,
Fiber anxious or being generated each time a CreatePeer is, in Fiber Pool, or the product is more than a certain number Andoe.

I'm not sure that i understood correctly all you questions. But i will try
Well, Fibers is just a gate to application thread pool. You use firbers to put tasks in application thread pool. Application has by default just one thread pool. and fiber will guarantee, that all tasks will be executed in order in which you put them to fiber.
You can find a lot of information about thread-pools in Internet.
Everytime when you create a photon peer new fiber is created.0
