Photon Cloud Server Down?

Hello,

First I just want to mention I do see a Contact Us for Support/Technical Issue Option anywhere on this Website? Where do Paying Customers Submit Tickets for Server Issues if there is an Outage?

Second, is Photon Cloud Servers Down? it is 11:30PM EST for me as I report this... both my Unity Game are Down that Use Photon Cloud.

Here is my Subscription ID: 1380, Please Assist! I am unable to create any games in my Game's Lobbies...

I have one Game that is using 100CCU Indie License, while the other is just a Free Indie 20CCU. Please Help! :(

    We are currently having some network issues on Photon Cloud and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.

    Status updates (downtimes, scheduled maintenances etc.) are posted to https://twitter.com/ExitGamesStatus. For other support issues, you can drop us a mail at developer@exitgames.com.

    Question... is there any other way to get Notification of Photon Cloud Server Status besides Twitter?

    For example I run my own Dedicated Server for another Game and have Pingdom.com Monitor my Server Ports... if any drop in traffic I get an SMS Message.

    Is there any other way besides following your Twitter Account?
