Exception when starting Dashboard

Hey,

Today I've downloaded the server sdk 3.2 and installed it on my local computer and my server machine.
I can run the dashboard fine on my local machine but when I try to start it on the server machine, I get the following error:



I tried this with 3.0 and 3.2 and the error occurs. I am using Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64bit.
The same error occurs when I try to start the service manually through the control panel. And I have tried removing and reinstalling the service multiple times.
Has anyone an idea what I am doing wrong?

Which .NET Framework versions do you have installed?

Photon 3.0 requires .NET 3.5 to be installed, the current Photon 3.2 release requires .NET 4.0 (although we plan to release a version of 3.2 that does not require .NET 4.0 - it will probably be available later today or early next week).

Hey Nicole,

The server has Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Extended (Version 4.0.30319) installed. But I investigated further and also installed 3.5.1. This worked, the dashboard now works fine. Thank you
