1040 TIMEOUT disconnects on our Voice connection.

I don't know why we are receiving TIMEOUT disconnects having been in a lobby with two players for 10-20 minutes. We have two connections, one for realtime and one for voice. But it always seems to be the voice connection that disconnects. Any help tracking down the problem appreciated.
