cannot join room

hello, im developing a game right now and using unity. i have a trouble when joining room in my game and its always connecting but not connected and stuck in loading screen.
is it because i use a free version? even though used it only with 3 devices not up to 20
please help me, thx

The free version is the same as any paid subscription with the exception of user limits (up to 20 in your case). This also limits the Max Players you can use when creating a room.
The Matchmaking Checklist should help. Enable the SupportLogger in the PhotonServerSettings and check the console log. This should reveal the relevant values and help you fix this.
