Photon Id is 1001?

I'm new to photon, I'm trying to implement it in my game, but when I instantiate the players they have a weird Id numbers (2001,1001....), And the players are not moving. I think this is the problem, do anyone knows how to fix it?

I think the PUN Basics Tutorial is the best place to help here. It should mention what those IDs are and it definitely shows you how to implement simple character controls.
