How to compensate for lag?
I have been developing a first person shooter game for a while and I was doing some play testing today with my friends and all the players were delayed by so much to where the game was hardly working for all the players in the game and the bullets would hit the players after the round would end. Does anybody know a way to work around this?

Delays in PUN are usually self-inflicted when sending a lot of data, reliable and for a lot of objects.
You can try to optimize this or jump onto learning Fusion, which is better at handling a lot of objects and shooting.
