what does ccu represent, if I buy a pack of 100 ccu, all 100 players can play in 1 room, or create 10 rooms, 10 people each for smooth play

Concurrent Users for a game are all clients that have a connection to a server at the same time. The CCU count is the basis for the prices in of Photon Cloud subscriptions.

Don't mix this up with Daily Active Users (DAU) or Monthly Active Users (MAU). Users of a game play only a small amount of time per day and much less per month (just think about all the days you couldn't play for some reason).

Hope that helps. If your rooms each have 10 player max, then yes, 10 rooms may get filled with these CCU.
