Region UI is broken

From the documentation:
"The strings for region tokens(or codes) are case insensitive. Example: "EU" or "eu" are both accepted and refer to the same Europe region."

Sorry about that. From the client-side, when authenticating for some region, the capitalization does not matter. In the Dashboard, lowercase is expected, apparently.
We'll fix one of the two.
