Can I use Fusion Karts Multiplayer unity asset for commercial games?

Team,

I have recently started developing games and I found Fusion Karts Multiplayer in unity asset.

As it is a free asset I would like to use it for my game(which has similar concept) and planning to release it in Google play store.

Can I use this asset for commercial games?Will there be any limitations or rules and regulations?Please help me to understand more about it.

Fusion Karts is covered by the Standard Asset Store EULA. Check the Unity FAQ for details.

You can release a game on the Google play store with assets you got from the Asset Store.

In this package it was given as "This package only has keyboard input. Fusion supports standalone, mobile and console".When I export this game as apk,I can able to see game but I am not able to drive the karts but it is working perfectly in desktop.

I am a newbie to game development and could you please help me to understand this package(https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/templates/tutorials/fusion-karts-multiplayer-213885) mobile compatibility.
