license verifying problem

As I frequently encountered, If my photon server cannot connect to your verifying server, my photon would not be able to work, how to solve the problem?

    This is the first time we hear that it's a problem - aside from servers running without network for development.
    The final v3.0 of Photon (soon to be released) can be started with 20ccu limit and no license. This won't require the connection to the monitor.

    If the problem should persist on a live server for your customers, we can bind a license to IP or HardwareID.
