Hi Everyone! I am newbie in here, anyone please tell me I want to know how can I test my application without publishing ? is there anyway to do it ???

Yes, you can! If you are using Unity you can build it in development build (CTRL + B). There will be two displays where you can test it. (the one in the editor and the development build screen).
