Destroyed network object still spawn newly/rejoined client

Hi, I facing an issue where the network object that destoryed with PhotonNetwork.Destroy still instantiated on newly or rejoined client. I not sure whether this is bug or my design issue. The network object was owned by client

0.02 - 0.11client B joined the slot and switching hero
0.12 client A leave the room
0.17 client A rejoin the room
0.18 the hero spawned and destroyed during 0.02 to 0.11 spawned back
