Only one room exist at a time in a lobby

hi, i am facing a problem in room creation. In a lobby users are not able to create multiple rooms , only one room exist and newly create room replaces old one. thx for help in advance

Each user can only be in one room. If a room becomes empty, this room will be cleaned up.
