Cant compile deploy.prompter

in Photon Server
I am trying to compile Photon Server on deploy.prompter, and am getting an error "Unable to remove directory /LoadBalancing/GameServer/Master because access to HivePlugin.DLL is denied". I am on Windows Server 10. How can I compile?

    I am unsure what you are asking. The photon GameServer and Master server runs if I launch LoadBalancing via Photon Launch applications, however, I am reaching the before mentioned error.

    The error is the only compilation error I am getting for deploy.prompter. Do you think this is simply a permissions issue? Note that my setup is fairly vanilla and the game servers are barely modified.

    yeah, It might be permissions issue. Although I see first time such issue.

    Please try unpack sdk to separate folder and build there. After then apply one by one your changes to see what is wrong
