lobby and roomIDs

Hi, I tried searching the forums but couldn't find a tutorial/question on how to set up roomIDs (or multiple rooms) and show them in a lobby. I've followed the basic tutorial right now with joinrandomroom, would this join a randomly created room until it is full then create a room?
