On instantiating Players, i am unable to get remotePlayer reference.

Hello Developers, As i am new into Photon Networking i am instantiating 2 players
One would be MasterClient and the other one would be RemovePlayer
On instantiating Players, i am unable to get remotePlayer reference.
here is my code.
