We've noticed some of ours are getting timed out a lot more frequently then others and we're trying to determine the cause.
Can distance from users cause this issue? We noticed some users with very high interent speeds. 1gig up / down receive the issue as much as some users with 1mbps up / down.
I know there is more we can do to optimize our data send but this doesn't appear to be the core of the issue. Are there any firewalls or other measures users should take to avoid issues when using PUN?

Note we're only running one server in NA EAST to keep player populace as active as possible. We do have a lot of users in NA and EU connecting together. Could this also be an issue?0
