iOS App review keeps rejecting because they supposedly can't connect (Server Region issue?)

Options
Hi - I have created PUN-enabled apps that have been accepted before on the App Store. However recently, App Review claims they can't connect. One think I wondered is whether geography can play a role. In our app, we have USA East set as our region, regardless of where the user is. We did this so that we can have rooms shared by users of all regions and we didn't want to have "parallel universes" regarding room names.
Is there some scenario in which people from different regions (say, west coast) simply would not be able to log in through Photon's USA East server?

As anyone who has had experience with the App Store review process will know, it's an infuriating process and ANY help would be appreciated!

    Hi @fisherworks,

    Thank you for choosing Photon!

Apple's review process had issues with Photon Cloud powered apps before and it looks like the issue is back again.
The old trick was to use TCP and then enable back UDP once the app is reviewed and accepted.

    Let's continue the discussion there.
