iOS and Windows apps not seeing each other?

I've confirmed same IP,port, region, room name but the windows players are not able to see the iOS players, and the iOS players are not showing in the windows player list.
Is there some special setting to allow cross platform?

Thank you for choosing Photon!

Make sure to choose the same AppVersion from both builds.
If you use PUN make sure it's the same version in both builds.
