best place to get support?

in Photon Unity Networking (PUN)
4 out of my last 5 posts here have not received any responses. Just wondering where others go to get the quickest help with PUN? Unity forums? Unity answers?

    I'm sorry you are having a hard time finding help. We are really busy at the moment that we can't help all that much. The forums are only as good as the community helps one another. In that sense, this forum is as good as Unity's, I guess.

    Right, we don't have dedicated support staff. Everyone on the team tries to help as much as possible aside from normal tasks.
    We decided we want an initial free tier for all Photon products even if the downside is that is also has a "help yourself" support level. We don't charge paying customers more to support "everyone".

    yep that's fair enough. So do customers on a paid plan have access to dedicated customer support?

    Hi Tobias,

    I have been stuck on something for nearly a week now. https://forum.photonengine.com/discussion/15815/does-instantiatesceneobject-always-create-a-fresh-instance/p1?new=1

    If we upgrade to a paid plan will we be able to get some assistance with this? We are still in beta and have no need for extra CCU but I'm wasting days on this so we would be happy to pay for some support.
