BUG With Mac Unity 2019.3.x PhotonServerSettings

in Photon Unity Networking (PUN)
In Unity 2019.3.x for Mac, if I view the PhotonServerSettings in the inspector, the dropdown arrows for Settings and RPCs do not work. (this does not happen in earlier unity versions). Has anyone figured out why this is, and if there is a fix? Thanks.

    Could be an issue with Unity's new UI code. Click the text instead.
