Add new GameObject to the scene

I working on Tower defense online game and I have a problem with adding a new object to the scene when one of the players adding something like a tank to the scene doesn't sync that tank for other players and they can't see that, so have I can fix that?

Well. Some programming is needed.
I'd recommend to read the Basics Tutorial and code along.
