Is anyone else experiencing connection issues?

in Photon Unity Networking (PUN)
Starting this morning, I'll periodically get disconnected from the server and get sent back to my launcher scene, Sometimes this happens while I'm connected and testing, sometimes I don't even manage to connect at all. Whenever I get disconnected, I get the error message: 
DNS.GetHostEntry() failed for: ns.exitgames.com.
Exception: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): Could not resolve host 'ns.exitgames.com'
I've seen on other forums that there have been outages on Photon's end in the past. Might this be the case?
