Problem with players spawning

I can get players to spawn and connect to the lobby etc, and on the editor I can see all the players perfectly but whenever I build the game and try it out the other players seem to fall through the ground, but whenever I hit them in editor (as I can see them) the build crashes.

Sorry if this doesn't make much sense, I will expand upon if needed. Just really frustrating.
