I dont want to use OVRAvatars. Is there any documentation and examples on just how to sync OVRCamera

I have a IK driven full body avatar that is being driven by three objects from the OVRCameraRig. The hand anchors and the head anchor. The only examples I can find use the OVRAvatar and I dont think I need them. Can someone point me in the right direction?
