Please have a look at the log console. There is very likely some logging output, which is telling you about some error that a PhotonView can't be found or such.
Writing to console is what's using up the time and causes the stutter but the cause for that logging is the issue you have to fix to get rid of it.
If you need help, post the full log and let us know whatever you know about the PhotonView that's causing it. How do you instantiate, are there other issues...1
