photon smooth movement help!

im trying to do smooth movement on photon. but when i do it, it breaks! and when i do the vector3 thing other player models are stuck in position 0.0.0 and i cant fix it! when i remove vector3 and it goes choppy the movement is synced so its not at 0.0.0 but movement is choppy!
i use rigidbody to do rocketjump and character controller to move jump ect.
please help!
